For the sauce

500 g of fresh salmon, cut into 2 cm cubes
2 soup spoons of lemon juice
1 cup of heavy cream (240 ml)

In a large pot, bring 5 liters of water to a boil with 1 soup spoon of salt and a drizzle of olive oil over high heat
Make the sauce: in a medium pot, sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat until caramelized
Add the salmon and cook while stirring until opaque
Join the lemon juice, heavy cream, and salt
Mix and bring to a simmer
Remove from heat and add lime zest
Cover and reserve
Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente
Drain, mix with the sauce, and serve immediately
