12 large cucumbers
1/2 cup of salt
1 liter of vinegar
1 kg of mustard seeds

4 Malagueta peppers

2 leaves of laurel
2 pieces of cinnamon
1 spoonful of clove
12 large cucumbers

Scoop out the cucumbers, cut them lengthwise and remove the seeds
If desired, cut into four parts
Sprinkle with salt and let sit for a day or two
Wash the cucumbers and dry them
Boil the vinegar, mustard, root, pepper, mustard in grain, laurel, cinnamon, and clove
Stir until the mustard dissolves
Add the cucumbers
Put into sterilized jars for canning
Leave 2 liters.
