1 beef broth concentrate tablet - 10.5g
1 tablespoon of marjoram - 7g

3 tablespoons of low-fat natural yogurt - 90g

Combine the tomatoes and water in a saucepan
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Let it cool slightly
Blend until smooth using an immersion blender or regular blender, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve
Heat again, adding the beef broth concentrate and marjoram
Simmer for 2 minutes
Serve in bowls
Garnish each bowl with half a teaspoon of low-fat natural yogurt and sprinkle with parsley
