2 cups cooked rice without seasoning
1 cup (scant) milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (scant) cornmeal
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
4 tablespoons chocolate chips

Beat rice, milk, cornstarch, butter, and egg in a blender
Transfer to a bowl and add flour, cornmeal, yeast, and chocolate chips
Mix well
Grease a baking dish and line with parchment paper
Using a spatula, shape cookies and bake for about 25 minutes
If desired, substitute chocolate chips with grated coconut.
