0.5 kg of chicken breast
2 soup spoons of oil
8 slices of smoked bacon
2 onions
8 eggs
2 soup spoons of milk
to taste salt and pepper
4 or 5 green scallions

Wash and drain the chicken breasts
Remove any fat and veins (see box for how to do this)
Heat the oil
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in the oil
Add the chicken breasts and fry well
Add the chopped onions and fry until they are golden brown
Add the chicken breasts again and fry until cooked through
Mix the eggs, milk, seasonings, and green scallions together with a fork
Combine this mixture with the chicken breast and stir until the egg is cooked
Serves 4.
