700 g of lamb cut into cubes
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons fat
6 small onions
1 carrot cut into cubes
1 cup chopped parsley
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper

Combine the flour, salt, and lamb in a paper bag
Shake well to coat the lamb evenly
Dredge the lamb in fat
Add the onion, carrot, parsley, tomato sauce, water, vinegar, and green pepper
Seal and cook for 1 hour or until the meat is tender
Remove the fat and serve
Serve 4 portions.
