1.5 kg beef ribs, cut into chunks
4 cloves garlic, minced
Lime juice from 1 lime
2 cups (chay) water
1/2 cup (chay) olive oil
1 piece ginger, 2 cm, sliced
1 large onion, in thick slices
1 cup (coffee) soy sauce
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup (chay) chopped green scallions
Salt and black pepper to taste

Marinate the meat with garlic, salt, pepper, and lime juice
Place it in a pressure cooker with water
Cook for 25 minutes after reaching pressure, or until the meat is tender and falls off the bone
Remove the bones and reserve the meat
Heat the olive oil and add the beef
Add the ginger and onion, and sauté for five minutes
Add soy sauce mixed with flour and scallions
Simmer and serve immediately
