1.5 kg of beef ribs cut into pieces
4 cloves of garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cups (chairs) of water

Season the meat with garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice
Place it in a pressure cooker with water
Cook for 25 minutes after it reaches pressure, or until the meat is tender and falls off the bone
Remove the bones and reserve the meat
Heat the oil and put the meat
Add the ginger and onion and simmer for five minutes
Add the soy sauce mixed with cornstarch and scallions
Let it simmer and serve immediately.
