1 2.4-pound rabbit, cut into pieces
120g of chopped bacon
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 1/2 cups of sour cream mixed with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of lemon juice
Parsley to sprinkle, Salt and black pepper to taste
1 2.4-pound rabbit, cut into pieces

Place the rabbit in a baking dish, spread the bacon on top and cover
Microwave on high for 20 minutes
Mix the flour with the sour cream sauce, milk, and lemon juice
Season and place over the rabbit
Cover and bake for another 20 minutes or until the meat is tender
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
