Remove excess fat and trim the beef ribs
Cut into smaller pieces and season with salt, black pepper to taste, and garlic
In an open pressure cooker, fry the beef ribs in oil until golden brown
Add water and close the pressure cooker, cooking for about 45 minutes from the start of boiling
Add mandioca and collard greens, chopped into smaller pieces, and cook with the pressure cooker lid on until the vegetables are cooked (about 10 minutes from closing the lid)
Serve immediately
