Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and marinate in lemon juice for 20 minutes
In a separate bowl, mix together half a cup of evaporated milk and coat the pork chops one by one
Then, roll them in cake flour twice
Bake in the oven with small pieces of butter on top
Prepare the cream by combining the remaining evaporated milk, grated cheese, egg, and wheat flour
Mix well, season with salt and pepper to taste, and heat over low heat until thickened
Add chopped parsley and serve over the baked pork chops; bake for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
