Season the pork cutlets with salt and fry them in a non-stick skillet or grill until they're well browned
Blend the yogurt, garlic, and cornstarch in a blender and pour it into a saucepan
Season with salt and add the green pepper
Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until thickened
Add the pork cutlets and cook until heated through again
Serve sprinkled with parsley
