Ingredients: 1 large broccoli crown; 250 g of melted cheddar cheese, diced; 1/2 cup of beer; 1 minced garlic clove; 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Cook the broccoli crown whole for 15 minutes

Drain and place it in a baking dish

In a small pan, melt the cheese and gradually add the beer

Add the garlic and Worcestershire sauce and stir until smooth

Pour evenly over the broccoli and bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until the broccoli is tender
