1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped scallion

Wash the flower sprouts thoroughly and cut into small florets
Cook in boiling water with salt, covered pan, until tender but not falling apart
Drain well
While that's cooking, mix together butter or margarine, lemon juice, and green olives
Place the flower sprouts on a serving dish
Pour the butter mixture over the top and sprinkle with parsley and scallion
Serve 4 portions.
