1 pinch ground nutmeg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs from fresh bread
4 crispy fried bacon strips, crumbled

Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature (170°C)
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water and salt for about 15 minutes, until tender, then drain
Mix the soup with milk and nutmeg, and reserve
Arrange the cauliflower in a glass baking dish and spoon the soup mixture over it
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until well heated
Garnish with crumbled bacon and serve hot
Serve in 4 portions.
