In a refractory form, place the onion, butter, garlic, curry, ginger, cinnamon, and salt
Cover and bake in a high-temperature oven for 2 to 4 minutes or until the onions are cooked but still crunchy
Mix well
Add the spinach, cover with a lid, and microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes or until the spinach is cooked
Mix well and serve.
