Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a soft and consistent dough, being careful not to make it too wet
Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes
This mixture is called sponge 2nd Stage
Mix all the ingredients into the sponge and knead until you get an elastic, soft, and consistent dough, always paying attention so it doesn't become too wet
Cut into desired pieces
Shape as shown in the photo
It can be in a shell shape
The dough will be plump in the middle and with fine tips at the ends
To decorate the loaf, take a sharp knife and make a circle on top
Let it rest for another 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to high temperature for 10 minutes
Place in medium oven
The time depends on the size of the loaf:
- Large: 20 minutes
- Medium: 10 minutes
- Small: 5 minutes
