    Dilute 2 tablespoons of strong brewed coffee in the water from the original recipe. Follow the instructions of the basic recipe and, when adding eggs, add 4 tablespoons of sugar. Place the mousse cakes in a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 45 minutes. Yields 50 units.
