3 medium-sized diced tomatoes

1 teaspoon of oregano
60g penne pasta
A pinch of salt
4 zucchini flowers (reserve one for garnishing)

Soften the onion in the oil
Add the tomato, a pinch of salt and then after 1 minute add the chopped zucchini flowers and oregano
Stir for 1 minute and turn off
While this is cooking, cook the pasta 'al dente' in boiling water with a pinch of salt
Drain, combine the sauce and garnish the pasta with the reserved zucchini flower.
