Cook the kale in boiling salted water until tender but still crisp
PMeanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients in a small skillet and let them fry for 5 minutes
Drain the kale, arrange it on a platter, and sprinkle with the butter mixture
You can also use bread crumbs instead of cornmeal crumbs
Serves 4.
