2 cucumbers sliced into thin rounds

3/4 cup of heavy cream (or whip fresh cream to thicken)
2 green onions finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste

Slightly sweat the cucumbers in salted water
Drain and place in a pan with olive oil, salt, and black pepper
Cook for a few minutes, remove from heat, and let cool
Mix the heavy cream with green onion and season to taste
Chill before serving
Combine cucumber slices with the cream mixture and serve.
