1 tablespoon of prepared or grated horseradish, which comes in ready-to-use jars
salt and pepper to taste

Cut the eggs into halves and place them on a glass or crystal dish
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the eggs about 30 minutes before serving
Serve in six portions
If desired, garnish with additional egg slices.
