0.25 cup of coconut milk

Mix the fish, onion, garlic, and lemon juice
Leave it in the refrigerator for 4 hours, stirring occasionally
Strain off the coconut milk and season to taste with salt and pepper
Serve well chilled, garnished with the grated carrot
