1/2 tablespoon of flavorless gelatin
3 tablespoons of heavy cream
6 slices of frozen type chess squares
1 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoon of spicy ketchup
1 tablespoon of brandy
1 tablespoon of English mustard
4 hard-boiled and chopped eggs
1/2 tablespoon of flavorless gelatin
3 tablespoons of heavy cream
6 slices of frozen type chess squares
1 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoon of spicy ketchup
1 tablespoon of brandy
1 tablespoon of English mustard
4 hard-boiled and chopped eggs
Soften the gelatin in heavy cream over low heat, stirring until dissolved; let it cool
Line molds with a slice of frozen type chess squares and store in the refrigerator while preparing the filling
Mix all remaining ingredients, including the gelatin
Fill prepared molds with this mixture and refrigerate until firm
When serving, unmold onto a platter and decorate to taste
