500g of clean dried beef, cut into small pieces
12 ripe bananas

In the evening, cut the dried beef into small pieces and soak them in plenty of water, changing the water at least twice
Drain

In a pan, combine the olive oil, onion, garlic, cumin, and dried beef, and bring to high heat for 15 minutes or until the onion is soft
Season with salt

Remove from the heat and blend in a food processor with the bread, milk, and egg until you get a smooth paste. Reserve

Peel the banana and cut it into long slices, then cut the slices into 2cm pieces

Place a spoonful of the dried beef paste on top of each banana slice, followed by another slice of banana
Gently press down
Repeat with the remaining ingredients

In a medium pan, heat the olive oil over high heat
Dip the banana slices into the beaten eggs and then fry them in the hot oil until they're golden brown

Drain on paper towels, decorate with red pepper slices, and serve immediately.
