Place the flower sprouts in a saucepan
Cover with tempered water and salt
Let it simmer for 20 minutes
Drain well and place in a refrigerated form
Heat the water, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt over medium heat
Let it boil
Add all the wheat flour at once and stir quickly until a smooth ball forms
Remove from heat and combine eggs, sweet paprika, and cheese, stirring well with a wooden spoon or using a processor
Cover the flower sprouts with this mixture and place in a hot oven (200°C) preheated for about 45 minutes
If desired, serve with tomato sauce
If desired, garnish the plate with olives and pickled onions
Serve 12 portions.
