Preheat the oven to 200°C
Lavishly clean the chard and soak it in water with vinegar for ten minutes
Wash again and cook it in boiling water and salt until tender, being careful not to overcook
DRAIN and let it cool down in a round refrigerator
For part of it, place a slice of mozzarella and a slice of ham on top and roll them into cylinders
CUT THEM IN HALF AND INSERT THEM BETWEEN THE CHARD LEAVES
SPREAD MAYONNAISE OVER THE CHARD, SPRINKLE WITH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE AND BAKE IN THE OVEN UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS (APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES)
REMOVE FROM THE OVEN, SPRINKLE WITH SALSA AND SERVE.
