Preheat the oven to 400°F
Rinse the chard well and let it sit in water with vinegar for 10 minutes
Rinse again and cook in water and salt until tender, taking care not to overcook it
Drain and let it cool down in a round refrigerator
On one half, place a slice of mozzarella and a slice of prosciutto and roll up forming logs
Cut them in half and insert them between the chard's leaves
Spread the mayonnaise over the chard, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and put it in the oven until the cheese melts (approximately 15 minutes)
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with salsa, and serve.
