6 slices of mozzarella cheese
6 slices of prosciutto
Cup of ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons (chopped) of Italian bread crumbs

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Dress the chicken thighs with lemon, salt, and oregano
2 Inside each thigh place a slice of mozzarella cheese and a slice of prosciutto
3 Close with toothpick and brush with ricotta cheese
Dip in Italian bread crumbs and distribute in baking dish
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes
4 Remove the aluminum foil, let it brown for approximately another 20 minutes, and serve immediately.
