Ingredients: 4 tablespoons of oil; 2 chopped onions; 1 chopped green pepper; 0.5 kg ground beef; 2 tablespoons of wheat flour; 1 cup of diced tomato; 1 teaspoon of oregano; a few drops of hot pepper sauce; 3 medium-sized cooked sweet potatoes, cubed

Directions

Heat the oil in a large pot and sauté the onions and green pepper for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, stirring frequently

Add the tomato and oregano

Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes

Add the sweet potatoes, stir well, and serve
