Directions

In a large pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion and green pepper for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add the ground beef and fry until well browned, stirring constantly

Add the tomato paste and oregano

Cover the pot and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes

Add the sweet potatoes, stir, and serve immediately
