Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise onto a mold with a hole in the center. Reserve
In a large pot with a capacity of 4 liters, combine 6 cups of water
Bring to a boil, then add salt and gradually add the macaroni, ensuring that the water continues to simmer
Cook the macaroni until it is al dente, stirring occasionally
Drain, rinse under cold running water, and drain again
In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni with strips of mortadela (or meat), grated cheese, green onions, parsley or pickled cucumber slices, and bell pepper. Reserve
In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and yogurt or sour cream
Add to the macaroni mixture, stirring to coat all ingredients evenly
Pour into prepared mold, pressing down firmly
Cover and refrigerate for at least one day before serving
To unmold, use a spatula or knife to loosen the salad from the sides of the mold
Flip onto plate, remove mold, and garnish with cheese strips and meat slices arranged like a bouquet around the salad
Garnish with salsa and tomato slices
Sprinkle with paprika to taste
