1 kg of beef

3 tomatoes, cut into 4 parts

1 garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 cups of canjiquinha (quinoa)
salt and black pepper to taste
4 cups of water

Clean and cut the beef into 2-3 cm pieces
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the onion and garlic
Fry the beef lightly, then add the remaining ingredients and stir well
Close the pressure cooker
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes after the valve starts to bubble
Let it cool for 5 minutes
Finish cooling under cold running water
Open the pressure cooker and place the stew in a serving dish
