1 kg of lamb cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 medium onions finely chopped
3 cups of tomato puree
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 crushed garlic clove
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 kg of cleaned and cut beans
1 kg of lamb cut into small cubes

1/2 kg of cleaned and cut beans
Brown the lamb pieces in butter or margarine, in a large saucepan with a lid; add the onion and cook until it's caramelized
Add the tomato puree and all ingredients except for the beans
Cover and simmer slowly for 1 hour
Add the beans and a little water, cover again and simmer slowly for another 30 minutes, or until the lamb and beans are tender
Serve in 4 servings.
