1/2 cup of cassava flour
4 cups of beef broth from the stewing process

Cook the ingredients in a pressure cooker
When it's boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 50 minutes

In a pot, mix together the cassava flour and beef broth
If necessary, add water to achieve the desired consistency
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened
Serve the pierogi with the cooked meat
