2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
3 small onions, quartered
3 carrots, cut into rounds
3 stalks of celery, cut
6 sausages, cut into 2cm thick slices
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt to taste

In a large pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil
Cook the potatoes, onion, carrot, and celery in a covered pot for 20 minutes
Add the sausages during the last 5 minutes
In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of flour
Add the parsley, salt, and remaining milk
Whisk well
Add the sausages and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Serve in four portions.
