Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic

Add the pumpkin and cook for two minutes

Gradually add the vegetable broth and let the pumpkin cook until it's tender
Let it cool and blend everything in a blender

Pour the cream into the pan, add the milk, and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes
