1/2 cup (ch) of almond pulp without shells
1/2 cup (ch) of milk
1/2 cup (ch) of cornstarch
1/4 cup (ch) of almond meal or cocoa powder or chocolate
4 tablespoons (ch) of almond liqueur or cocoa liqueur or chocolate extract
2 tablespoons (ch) of toasted almond flakes for decoration
1/2 cup (ch) of almond pulp without shells
1/2 cup (ch) of milk
1/2 cup (ch) of cornstarch
1/4 cup (ch) of almond meal or cocoa powder or chocolate
4 tablespoons (ch) of almond liqueur or cocoa liqueur or chocolate extract
2 tablespoons (ch) of toasted almond flakes for decoration
1 In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth (approximately one minute)
2 Transfer to a 24cm diameter refrigerator dish, cover and cook in a microwave at medium power until thickened (approximately four minutes), stirring every minute
3 Serve individual portions decorated with toasted almond flakes.
