1 can of well-drained tuna

1 tablespoon of dry sherry wine

Pan-fry the well-drained tuna in butter, cutting into small pieces, for 5 minutes
Add the flour, salt and pepper, and milk
Mix and cook until thickened
Add the lemon juice and dry sherry wine
Serves 4 portions of approximately 202 calories each
Serve over whole wheat bread toast, with approximately 55 calories per serving
