Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions using half of the evaporated milk
Let it cool and reserve it outside the refrigerator

In a blender, blend the evaporated milk until you get a firm and homogeneous cream
Mix this cream with the reserved vanilla pudding
Distribute into individual servings
Cut the fruits into pieces and divide them over the cream portions
Serve immediately.
