For the broccoli

400g of cheddar cheese, cubed

In a frying pan, melt the butter and olive oil
Add the nutmeg and broccoli
Cook for 3 minutes, season with salt, and set aside

In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent
Add the heavy cream, cheese, and stir until melted
Finally, add the broccoli and simmer for a bit before serving.
