Wash the mushrooms, dry them well and chop
Melt butter in a pan
Add the mushrooms and cook until tender
Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms
Mix well and add milk gradually, stirring constantly
Season with salt and pepper
Cook the mixture slowly, stirring until thickened
Add the shrimp and heat well
Serve on toasted tart shells and warmed
It can also be served with vol-au-vent.
