Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C

Beat the eggs well with the almonds

Add the heavy cream and grated chocolate

Mix in the orange zest shavings and pour into ramekins

Top with grated chocolate and bake in a water bath for 20 minutes

Remove from the oven and serve warm.
