Melt 2 tablespoons of butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Spread the bread rolls on a baking sheet and drizzle with the melted butter mixture
Bake in a medium oven until golden brown. Reserve
Combine brown sugar, raisins, nuts, cheddar cheese, white grated cheese, cinnamon, cloves, and orange zest in a bowl
Mix well and reserve
Distribute the bread roll mixture into individual ramekins coated with melted butter and drizzle with a warm caramel sauce
Bake for 20 minutes more
While the cakes are baking, beat eggs thoroughly and add milk and vanilla extract to taste
Remove the cakes from the oven and pour in the egg mixture
Return to the oven until golden brown
Serve hot
Serve warm, topped with whipped cream if desired.
