In a blender, blend the heavy cream, pudding mix, and coffee powder for two minutes. Reserve
Whip the whipped cream with sugar until stiff peaks form
Fold half of the whipped cream into the chocolate and coffee mixture
Assemble individual servings by layering chocolate cream, chopped Bis bars, and remaining whipped cream
Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
