Preheat the oven to 400o
In a blender, beat the egg whole, yolks, walnuts, and milk
Add the heavy cream and mix
Grease a bundt pan with butter and arrange a layer of pecan halves
Pour half of the cream over, distribute banana slices, raisins, and top with another layer of pecan halves
Douse the cake with the remaining cream
Put it in the oven until golden brown
Sprinkle warm cake with chopped walnuts and cinnamon.
