For the Orange Syrup
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
Juice from 1 orange
2 cups of orange juice
For the Coconut Cream
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 cup of milk
1 cup of coconut milk
2 egg whites
For the Orange Syrup
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
Juice from 1 orange
2 cups of orange juice
For the Coconut Cream
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 cup of milk
1 cup of coconut milk
2 egg whites
Dissolve the cornstarch and sugar in the orange juice
Add the orange juice
Mix well
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened
Prepare the Coconut Cream by dissolving the cornstarch and sugar in a little milk
Add the remaining milk and coconut milk
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
Remove from heat and let cool
Mix egg whites carefully
Distribute into 6 servings and around place the Orange Syrup
Serve chilled
Rest for 6 hours.
