1 liter of chocolate banana pudding
3 ripe bananas, mashed - 210g
2 tablespoons (or 5ml) of lime juice
1/2 cup of shredded coconut - 40g
1 liter of chocolate banana pudding

Mix the well-mashed bananas with lime juice and coconut
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed
Chill in the freezer until firm
Serve chilled.
