In a medium saucepan, combine the cupuaçu pulp with the milk, flour, and cornstarch
Bring to high heat and let simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 3 minutes)
Transfer to a bowl and let cool
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour
In a separate refractory bowl resting on top of a hot water bath (do not let boil), melt the chocolate, stirring delicately
Distribute it among six plates forming designs and place in the freezer until slightly hardened (about 5 minutes)
Cover with chilled cream and serve immediately
