4 cups of instant oats - 440 g
1 cup of grated coconut - 80 g
2 cups of toasted and chopped almonds - 260 g
2/3 cup of Karo - 214 g
1/3 cup of olive oil - 70 ml
Butter or margarine (for greasing)
1 1/2 cups of white raisins - 240 g

Place a large bowl with oats, coconut, and almonds
Mix well
At another part, mix Karo and olive oil
Add to the oats and mix well
Pour into a lightly greased 35 x 25 cm baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and add raisins
Let it cool
Store in an airtight container and serve with milk or yogurt if desired
Makes approximately 8 cups.
